Chocolate Kahlua Pie

Ingredients

  • 2 sticks butter, softened
  • 3 (1 oz.) sq. semi-sweet chocolate, melted
  • 1 1/2 c. confectioners sugar
  • 1/2 c. Kahlua
  • 3 eggs, well beaten
  • 1 (9-inch) chocolate cracker crust

Instructions

  1. Whip

  3. butter
  4. until creamy.
  5. Add the melted chocolate, then
  6. mix
  7. in
  8. the sugar. Slowly add Kahlua, then the eggs. Pour
  9. mixture into pie crust and refrigerate 2 hours or until set. Garnish with whipped cream.
  10. Serves 8.
