Ingredients

  • 3 eggs
  • 3/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
  • 2-1/2 cup flour
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1-1/2 tsp. baking soda
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup dark cocoa
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 cups zucchini, shredded
  • 1 cup chopped walnuts

Instructions

  1. Beat eggs, oil, sugar and vanilla.
  2. Combine dry ingredients.
  3. Add milk, fold in marrow and walnuts.
  4. Bake 2 greased 9x5-inch pans at 350F for 50 minutes.
