Chocolate Marshmallow Torte

- Crush Oreo cookies (may remove cream filling if desired) and cover the bottom of a 9 x 13-inch pan to form the crust.
- Mix pudding according to the directions on the package.
- Pour the prepared pudding over the Oreo crust in the pan.
- Melt marshmallows with 1 cup of milk in the microwave.
- Let the marshmallow mixture cool as it may separate and be runny.
- Add the carton of Cool Whip (whipped cream) to the marshmallow mixture and mix well.
- Pour the marshmallow and whipped cream mixture over the pudding layer in the pan.
- Garnish the top with additional crushed Oreos.
- Keep the torte refrigerated until serving.
