Ingredients

  • 3 cups cashews, chopped
  • 1 pound bittersweet chocolate
  • 1¼ cups cream
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons Kahlua
  • 2 tablespoons vanilla
  • 4 ounces unsalted butter

Instructions

  1. Chop the bittersweet chocolate and place it in a bowl.
  2. Heat the unsalted butter and cream until scalding.
  3. Pour the hot cream and butter mixture over the chopped chocolate.
  4. Stir until the chocolate melts completely and the mixture is smooth.
  5. Add cinnamon, Kahlua, vanilla, and chopped cashews to the mixture.
  6. Pour the mixture into a lightly greased mold or loaf pan.
  7. Chill in the refrigerator until set before serving.
