- Cut the refrigerated peanut butter cookie dough into 3/4-inch slices.
- Cut each slice into quarters.
- Roll each quarter into a ball.
- Place the cookie dough balls into ungreased miniature muffin cups.
- Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 8 to 10 minutes or until golden brown.
- Remove wrappers from the miniature peanut butter cups.
- Press a peanut butter cup into the hot baked cookies.
- Loosen the edges with a knife.
- Chill in the refrigerator until the cookies are firm.
- Remove from muffin cups and serve.
