Ingredients

  • 15 oz. roll refrigerated peanut butter cookie dough
  • 48 miniature peanut butter cup candies

Instructions

  1. Cut the refrigerated peanut butter cookie dough into 3/4-inch slices.
  2. Cut each slice into quarters.
  3. Roll each quarter into a ball.
  4. Place the cookie dough balls into ungreased miniature muffin cups.
  5. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 8 to 10 minutes or until golden brown.
  6. Remove wrappers from the miniature peanut butter cups.
  7. Press a peanut butter cup into the hot baked cookies.
  8. Loosen the edges with a knife.
  9. Chill in the refrigerator until the cookies are firm.
  10. Remove from muffin cups and serve.
