Ingredients

  • 1 medium head cabbage, shredded
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1/2 can milk
  • 1 small jar Cheez Whiz
  • 1/2 stick margarine

Instructions

  1. Boil the shredded cabbage until tender.
  2. Drain the cabbage and spread it in a large casserole dish.
  3. Melt together the cream of celery soup, milk, Cheez Whiz, margarine, salt, and pepper.
  4. Pour the melted mixture over the cabbage.
  5. Sprinkle Ritz cracker crumbs over the top.
  6. Bake at 350°F for one hour.
