- Microwave on high for 20 seconds, then stir; rotate the cup 1/4 turn.
- Microwave on high for another 20 seconds.
- Prepare the chocolate pudding with skim milk following the package directions.
- Add the softened gelatin and vanilla to the pudding, then stir until blended.
- Place 8 graham crackers in the bottom of an 11 x 7 inch dish.
- Spread half of the pudding over the graham crackers.
- Arrange half of the banana slices on top of the pudding layer.
- Repeat the layers with remaining graham crackers, pudding, and bananas, ending with bananas on top.
- Refrigerate for 4 hours.
- Cut into 8 squares to serve.
- Top each serving with whipped topping.
