- Lay tin foil on a pan and arrange the saltine crackers in a single layer.
- Cook butter and sugar until creamy, then pour the mixture over the crackers and spread evenly.
- Bake at 350°F for 10 minutes, making sure not to burn.
- Remove from oven and immediately pour the miniature semi-sweet chocolate chips over the hot crackers.
- Spread the melted chocolate evenly over the surface.
