Ingredients

  • 1 c. corn meal
  • 1/4 c. flour
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. baking soda
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 3 Tbsp. oil
  • 1 c. buttermilk

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl.
  2. Pour the batter into a preheated and greased pan.
  3. Bake at 425°F (220°C) for 20 minutes until golden brown.
