Ingredients

  • 190 g butter
  • 50 ml caster sugar
  • 15 ml water
  • 500 ml cake flour

Instructions

  2. Cream the buter and castor sugar until light and creamy.
  3. Add in the water.
  4. Add in the sifted flour and work into a manageable.
  5. dough.
  6. Cut chocolate into small blocks (i. e each block into 2).
  7. Shape pieces of dough around the blocks of chocolate.
  8. and roll into small balls.
  9. Bake on a greased baking sheet at 180 degrees celius.
  10. for 15-20 minutes.
  11. Roll in icing sugar while still warm.
