Instructions
- Heat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix butter and unsweetened chocolate in a bowl and melt in the microwave for 1 minute or until blended.
- Add sugar, salt, and flavoring, and mix well.
- Add the egg and mix thoroughly.
- Work in the flour until the dough is smooth.
- Using 1/4 of the dough at a time, force through a cookie press onto an ungreased cookie sheet in desired shapes.
- Bake for 6 to 9 minutes or until set but not brown.
