Ingredients

  • 1 can Worthington choplets
  • 2 Tbsp. soy milk
  • 1 cup Progresso bread crumbs
  • 1 large onion
  • 1 packet George Washington rich brown seasoning

Instructions

  1. Dip the Worthington choplets in soy milk, then coat them in bread crumbs.
  2. Place the breaded choplets in a skillet with a small amount of olive oil.
  3. Fry until browned, then turn the choplets over to cook evenly.
  4. Place sliced onion on top of the choplets in the skillet.
  5. In a separate container, add the George Washington seasoned brown and enough water to make half a can of broth.
  6. Pour the seasoned broth mixture over the choplets and onions.
  7. Reduce the heat, cover, and simmer until the onion is tender.
  8. Optionally, add chopped green pepper with the onion for extra flavor.
