Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1/4 c. canola oil
  • 4 egg whites
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 c. flour
  • 2 tsp. soda
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 tsp. nutmeg
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 1/2 c. chopped apples (3)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°.
  2. Mix sugar and oil.
  3. Mix in egg whites and vanilla.
  4. Stir in remaining ingredients.
  5. Pour into loaf pan sprayed with nonstick cooking spray.
  6. Bake approximately 1 hour.
