Ingredients

  • 1 bottle Kendall Jackson Chardonnay
  • 1 hamburger patty
  • 1 container leftovers

Instructions

  1. Chill the Chardonnay before serving.
  2. Do not over-chill the wine; let it stand for a few minutes out of the refrigerator.
  3. Open the bottle carefully and let the wine breathe slightly if desired.
  4. Bring the hamburger patty to room temperature if refrigerated.
  5. Cook the hamburger patty until desired doneness.
  6. Chop the cooked steak into small pieces.
  7. Mix the chopped steak with leftovers if desired.
  8. Serve the chopped steak with a pour of Chardonnay.
