Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 pkg. (6 oz.) chocolate chips
  • 2 pkg. (6 oz.) butterscotch chips
  • 2 cans (3 oz.) chow mein noodles
  • 1/2 cup peanuts or cashews

Instructions

  1. Melt the chocolate chips and butterscotch chips in a double boiler or microwave until smooth.
  2. Add the chow mein noodles and nuts to the melted mixture and stir to coat evenly.
  3. Spoon out the mixture in clusters onto wax paper and let cool until set.
