Instructions
- Slice steak into thin slices.
- Soak in water, soy sauce, sugar and ginger for 15 minutes.
- Heat oil and clove garlic.
- Add steak; saute for 3 to 4 minutes until tender.
- Add meat liquid and cornstarch to make a thin gravy.
- Serve with rice.
- (Add tomatoes if wanted.)
