Ingredients

  • 2 c. self-rising flour
  • 1 (10 oz.) can crushed pineapple
  • 1 c. Pet milk
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 c. coconut
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

Instructions

  1. Mix flour, 2 cups sugar, eggs and pineapple.
  2. Bake at 350° for 35 to 40 minutes.
  3. Punch holes in cake.
  4. Heat to boil the milk, 1 cup sugar and butter and boil 2 minutes.
  5. Add vanilla, coconut and nuts.
  6. Pour over cake.
