Ingredients

  • 32 oz. bag frozen hash browns (thawed)
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 stick oleo
  • 1 pint sour cream
  • 2 cups shredded sharp cheese
  • 1/2 cup chopped onions
  • 1 cup corn flakes

Instructions

  1. Heat the cream of chicken soup, cream of mushroom soup, and oleo in a pan until smooth, stirring constantly.
  2. Add the sour cream, shredded cheese, chopped onions, and thawed hash browns. Mix thoroughly.
  3. Spoon the mixture into a greased 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
  4. Sprinkle the corn flakes on top.
  5. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 30 minutes or until bubbly and golden.
