Instructions
- Blend eggs, milk, sugar, vanilla, and salt in a blender until well combined.
- Butter or margarine 4 to 5 slices of bread.
- Break or cut the bread into small pieces.
- Place the bread pieces, milk mixture, and raisins (if using) into a bowl.
- Sprinkle cinnamon on top.
- Bake in a pan of water at 400°F for about 1 hour until a knife inserted comes out clean.
