Ingredients

  • 1 jar crinkle sliced pickled beets
  • 1/3 to 1/2 cup French dressing
  • sour cream
  • chopped green onions

Instructions

  1. Drain the pickled beets and chop them into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Heat the chopped beets in the microwave or on the stove until warm.
  3. Stir in 1/3 to 1/2 cup of French dressing until well coated.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a serving bowl.
  5. Top with a dollop of sour cream.
  6. Sprinkle chopped green onions, including green tops, on top for garnish.
