Ingredients

  • 1 cup butter
  • 3/4 pound cream cheese
  • 1/4 pound Roquefort
  • 1 tablespoon green onion
  • 1/2 teaspoon Tabasco
  • 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard

Instructions

  1. Have all ingredients at room temperature.
  2. Mix the butter, cream cheese, Roquefort, green onion, Tabasco, and dry mustard together until smooth.
  3. Shape a cone from cardboard and place it over a sherbet glass; cover the cone with plastic wrap.
  4. Frost the cone with the cheese mixture to resemble a Christmas tree.
  5. Decorate the cheese tree with stuffed olives, pimiento, ripe olives, and gherkins.
