Instructions
- Saute the sausage, drain all the grease, and set aside.
- Beat the eggs, add milk, salt, and dry mustard, and stir.
- Layer the bread cubes on the bottom of a 9 x 13 inch baking dish.
- Layer the cooked sausage over the bread.
- Sprinkle the grated cheddar cheese on top.
- Pour the egg mixture over the layers.
- Cover and refrigerate overnight.
- Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 45 minutes before serving.
