A warm, spiced fruit tea perfect for holiday gatherings, blending cranberry, pineapple, and citrus flavors with cinnamon, nutmeg, and ginger for a festive aroma and taste.

Ingredients

  • 2 qt. cranberry juice
  • 1 (46 oz.) can pineapple juice
  • 1 (6 oz.) can frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed, undiluted
  • 2 c. apple juice
  • 1 c. orange juice
  • 4 (3-inch) sticks cinnamon
  • 3 whole nutmegs
  • 1 1/2 tsp. ground ginger

Instructions

  1. Pour cranberry juice, pineapple juice, lemonade concentrate, apple juice, and orange juice into a 30-cup electric percolator.
  2. Place the cinnamon sticks, whole nutmegs, and ground ginger in the percolator basket.
  3. Run the percolator for a complete cycle; then let the mixture stand for 1 hour.
  4. Serve hot.
