Ingredients

  • 8 oz. sour cream
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 can water chestnuts, chopped
  • 10 oz. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl.
  2. Chill the mixture for at least 2 hours to allow flavors to meld.
  3. Serve in a hollowed-out Hawaiian bread loaf, with the removed bread cut into bite-sized pieces for dipping.
