A no-bake layered dessert featuring crushed Oreos, peppermint ice cream, fudge topping, and whipped cream, perfect for parties and holiday gatherings with a cool, minty flavor.

Ingredients

  • 30 Oreo cookies
  • 1/2 cup margarine
  • 1/2 gallon peppermint ice cream
  • 1 large or 2 small jars fudge topping

Instructions

  1. Mix together crushed Oreos and margarine; set aside 1/2 cup of the mixture for topping.
  2. Spread the remaining cookie mixture on the bottom of a 9 x 13-inch pan and freeze.
  3. Spread softened peppermint ice cream over the crust and freeze.
  4. Spread fudge topping over the ice cream layer and freeze.
  5. Spread Cool Whip on top of the fudge topping and sprinkle with the reserved 1/2 cup of cookie crumbs; freeze.
  6. Take out of the freezer a few minutes before serving.
