Church Windows are a delightful no-bake treat that features a rich chocolate base combined with colorful miniature marshmallows and crunchy nuts, all rolled in coconut. Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. oleo
  • 1 large package chocolate chips
  • 1 c. chopped nuts
  • 1 large bag miniature colored marshmallows
  • 1 can coconut

Instructions

  1. Melt oleo and chocolate chips in a saucepan, then cool and add nuts and marshmallows.
  2. Shape the mixture into 3 logs.
  3. Spread coconut on wax paper and roll the logs in coconut to coat.
  4. Wrap the logs in wax paper and refrigerate overnight.
  5. Cut the logs into thin slices.
