Ingredients

  • 3 to 4 yellow hot peppers
  • 1/2 onion
  • 1/3 cup fresh cilantro leaves
  • 1 (28 oz.) can tomatoes
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoons Accent

Instructions

  1. Wash cilantro leaves and pull off stems.
  2. Put peppers, onion, and cilantro in a blender and pulse to small chunks.
  3. Pulse tomatoes a little and pour into a bowl.
  4. Add salt and Accent to the mixture.
