Ingredients

  • 1 can Eagle Brand milk
  • 7 slices white bread
  • 2 cups coconut

Instructions

  1. Cut the edges off the bread and slice each piece into 4 strips.
  2. Pour Eagle Brand milk into a bowl.
  3. Roll each bread strip in the milk to coat.
  4. Then roll the milk-coated bread in coconut.
  5. Place the coated bread strips on a greased cookie sheet.
  6. Bake for 10 minutes at 350°F until golden.
