- Mix the butterscotch pudding (not instant), brown sugar, and cinnamon in a bowl.
- Dip each bread dough ball into melted butter, then into the pudding mixture.
- Arrange the coated dough balls into a tube pan, layering around the pan, and let them rise for 1 1/2 hours.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 20 minutes.
- Turn out onto a serving plate and serve warm.
