A sweet, cinnamon-flavored pull-apart bread featuring pecans and cherries. Perfect for breakfast or brunch, it combines rich caramel-like layers with crunchy nuts and tart cherries.

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup chopped pecans
  • 10 to 12 maraschino cherries quartered
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 package frozen Riches or Parker House rolls

Instructions

  1. Place cherries and chopped pecans in the bottom of a tube pan.
  2. Spray the pan with Pam or a similar spray.
  3. Melt 1/2 stick of butter and 1/2 cup of brown sugar.
  4. Pour this mixture over the cherries and nuts in the pan.
  5. Melt the remaining 1/2 stick of butter and 1/2 cup of brown sugar.
  6. Roll the frozen rolls in this butter and sugar mixture.
  7. Arrange the rolls tightly around the pan, using about 24 rolls.
  8. Let the rolls rise in a cold oven overnight.
  9. The next morning, leave the pan in the oven and heat it to 350°F.
  10. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes until golden brown.
  11. Turn out onto a plate to serve and enjoy this delightful treat!
