Cinnamon Swirl Bake

Ingredients

  • cooking spray
  • 1 12 cups all-purpose flour
  • 4 12 teaspoons fast rising yeast
  • 14 cup sugar
  • 14 teaspoon salt
  • 23 cup milk (very warm 120-130 F)
  • 2 tablespoons butter or 2 tablespoons margarine, melted
  • 2 tablespoons corn oil
  • 1 egg
  • 3 tablespoons butter or 3 tablespoons margarine, softened
  • 34 cup brown sugar
  • 1 12 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • 1 cup powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. MIX batter ingredients together in a pre-sprayed 8x8-inch baking dish.
  2. Let rest for 10 minutes.
  3. Combine cinnamon mixture in a small bowl by mixing with fork.
  4. TOP batter evenly with cinnamon mixture.
  5. Using fingers, poke topping thoroughly into batter.
  6. BAKE by placing in a COLD oven; set temperature to 350F Bake 25-30 minutes, until lightly browned and firm in center.
  7. Cool 10 minutes.
  8. Combine icing ingredients and drizzle over warm cake.
