Cinnamon Swirl Date Ring

Instructions
- Combine biscuit mix and sugar in mixing bowl; cut in butter until mixture resembles rice kernels.
- Gently stir in milk just until ingredients are moistened.
- Drop half of dough by tablespoonfuls into a greased 6-cup ring mold.
- Sprinkle with Cinnamon-Date Filling.
- Top with remaining dough.
- Bake at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes or until a wooden pick inserted in cake comes out clean.
- Invert mold onto plate.
- Leave over cake 5 minutes. Serve warm.
- Makes one coffee ring.
