  1. Remove excess fat from the pork and veal chops.
  2. Cut the meat into chunks and place onto skewers.
  3. Roll the meat on the skewers in flour to coat evenly.
  4. Brown the meat in a small amount of oil in a skillet.
  5. Place the browned meat in a covered dish.
  6. Add wine or chicken broth to the dish, about 1/2 inch deep.
  7. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 1 1/2 hours.
  8. Check to ensure the liquid does not evaporate completely.
  9. If necessary, add more wine or broth during baking.
  10. Cook until the meat is tender and flavors meld.
  11. Serve hot and enjoy!
