Ingredients

  • 4 slices bacon
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 2 tablespoons chopped green pepper
  • 1 can frozen condensed cream of potato soup
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 (6 1/2 oz.) can tuna

Instructions

  1. Cook the bacon until crisp; drain and crumble.
  2. Return 2 tablespoons of bacon drippings to the pan.
  3. Add chopped onion and green pepper; cook until just tender.
  4. Add the cream of potato soup and milk; heat just to boiling.
  5. Drain the tuna; break into chunks.
  6. Add the tuna and crumbled bacon to the soup.
  7. Heat through.
  8. Dash with paprika before serving.
