Clam Roll-Ups

- Preheat oven to 375°.
- Lightly grease cookie sheet.
- In food processor or blender, place clams, cream cheese, catsup, parsley and horseradish.
- Process 1 to 2 minutes, till blended.
- Unroll crescent roll dough onto lightly floured surface.
- Separate into 4 rectangles.
- Spread each with 1/4 of clam mixture.
- Roll each up tightly starting at a narrow end.
- Cut each roll into 6 slices. Place cut side down on cookie sheet.
- Bake about 10 to 12 minutes, till lightly browned.
- Makes 24 rolls.
