Clam Roll-Ups

Ingredients

  • 2 cans (6 1/2 oz ea.) minced clams (drained)
  • 1 (3-oz) pkg. cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup tomato catsup
  • 2 Tbsp fresh parsley or 1 tsp dried parsley
  • 1 Tbsp prepared white horseradish

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°.
  2. Lightly grease cookie sheet.
  3. In food processor or blender, place clams, cream cheese, catsup, parsley and horseradish.
  4. Process 1 to 2 minutes, till blended.
  5. Unroll crescent roll dough onto lightly floured surface.
  6. Separate into 4 rectangles.
  7. Spread each with 1/4 of clam mixture.
  8. Roll each up tightly starting at a narrow end.
  9. Cut each roll into 6 slices. Place cut side down on cookie sheet.
  10. Bake about 10 to 12 minutes, till lightly browned.
  11. Makes 24 rolls.
