Ingredients

  • 50 small baby clams or 2 large cans chopped clams
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1/4 tsp hot pepper flakes
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley
  • 1/4 cup white wine
  • 3 tsp olive oil
  • 1 lb linguine

Instructions

  1. Boil water for pasta.
  2. In a large pan, combine clams, garlic, hot pepper flakes, parsley, white wine, and olive oil.
  3. Bring to a boil, then simmer until clam shells open.
  4. Drain the cooked linguine.
  5. Toss the drained pasta with the clam mixture.
  6. Serve immediately, optionally sprinkled with bread crumbs.
