Ingredients

  • 24 clams
  • 24 medium shrimp
  • 48 Ritz crackers
  • 1 small onion, minced
  • 1 green pepper, minced
  • 1 Tbsp. Old Bay seasoning
  • 1 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 c. lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Crush Ritz crackers.
  2. Saute minced onion and pepper in butter. Add Old Bay seasoning and cracker crumbs and egg.
  3. Make into stuffing.
