Ingredients

  • 4 c. crushed tomatoes
  • 0.5 c. oil
  • 1 tsp. garlic
  • 1 tsp. black pepper
  • 1 tsp. oregano
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 c. water
  • 0.25 tsp. red crushed pepper
  • 15 quahaugs

Instructions

  1. Bring all ingredients to a rapid boil.
  2. Wash the quahaugs and add them to the sauce.
  3. Bring to a boil, then simmer with the lid on for approximately 30 minutes.
  4. Pour the zuppa over cooked linguini.
