Ingredients

  • 1 head lettuce, shredded
  • 1 c. diced celery
  • 4 boiled eggs, diced
  • 1 1/2 c. red or green onions
  • 1 box frozen peas (uncooked)
  • 8 slices bacon (fried and crumbled)
  • 2 c. mayonnaise
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 4 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Using 9 x 13-inch pan, layer lettuce, celery, eggs, onions, peas and bacon in order.
  2. Mix mayo and sugar.
  3. Spread over bacon layer.
  4. Sprinkle with cheese.
  5. Refrigerate 8 hours.
