Ingredients

  • 2 egg whites
  • 3 Tbsp cocoa
  • 3/4 c sugar
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 1/2 c cornflakes
  • 1/2 c shredded coconut

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 300°F (150°C).
  2. Beat egg whites until stiff.
  3. Add cocoa, sugar, and salt to the egg whites and stir well.
  4. Gently fold in the cornflakes and shredded coconut.
  5. Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto a cookie sheet.
  6. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes until set and lightly browned.
