Ingredients

  • 1 sandwich loaf, unsliced bread
  • 1 small can shredded coconut
  • 1 can condensed milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon blue cake coloring
  • 1 teaspoon banana flavoring

Instructions

  1. Cut the bread into oblong slices measuring 2 x 1 inches.
  2. Use a teaspoon to spread condensed milk on each side of the bread slices.
  3. Mix the shredded coconut with blue cake coloring and banana flavoring.
  4. Spread the flavored coconut over the slices of bread.
