Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup cream
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla (almond flavoring may be used)
  • 1 2/3 cups flour

Instructions

  1. Melt the butter and let it cool.
  2. Beat the eggs; add sugar and mix well.
  3. Whip the cream until soft peaks form.
  4. Add the cooled melted butter to the eggs and sugar mixture.
  5. Fold in the whipped cream, vanilla, and flour until combined.
  6. Use a scant teaspoon of batter for each on the Krum-Kaka iron.
  7. Bake until golden and crisp. Makes about 4 dozen cookies.
