Ingredients

  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 box confectioners sugar
  • 1 can Eagle Brand condensed milk
  • 1 Tbsp. orange juice
  • 7 oz. coconut
  • 1 c. chopped pecans
  • 6 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/8 lb. paraffin
  • grated orange peel from 1 orange

Instructions

  1. Melt the butter and let it cool.
  2. Pour the cooled melted butter over the confectioners sugar and grated orange peel.
  3. Add 1 tablespoon of orange juice to the mixture.
  4. Add the Eagle Brand condensed milk, chopped pecans, and coconut; mix well until combined.
  5. Set the mixture in the freezer to cool and firm up.
