  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 envelope nondairy topping mix
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 2 (9-inch) pie shells, baked
  • 2 cups coconut

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese, sugar, nondairy topping mix, milk, and vanilla extract until light and fluffy.
  2. Pour the mixture into the baked pie shells.
  3. Spread 1 cup of coconut on each pie.
  4. Chill the pies several hours before serving.
