Ingredients

  • 1 c. graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 c. coconut
  • 4 beaten egg whites
  • 1/2 c. chopped nuts

Instructions

  1. Mix together graham cracker crumbs, sugar, vanilla, coconut, and chopped nuts.
  2. Press the mixture into a pie dish.
  3. Bake for 30 minutes at 300°F.
  4. Remove from oven and cool.
  5. Slice bananas on top of the cooled pie, then cover with Cool Whip.
