Ingredients

  • 1 lb. bulk sausage
  • 2 potatoes, cubed
  • 1 1/2 c. diced celery
  • 1 1/2 c. diced carrots
  • 6 c. water
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper

Instructions

  1. Place the sausage on the bottom of a baking dish.
  2. Add the cubed potatoes, diced celery, and diced carrots on top of the sausage.
  3. Pour water over the ingredients in the dish.
  4. Bake for 3 hours at 350°F.
