Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 c. coconut
  • 2 Tbsp. soft butter

Instructions

  1. Spread butter on bottom and sides of an 8 or 9-inch pie pan.
  2. Sprinkle coconut over the butter and press evenly into the butter.
  3. Bake in a preheated 300° oven for 15 to 20 minutes or until brown.
  4. Fill with cream filling.
