Instructions
- Cream margarine and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add eggs and vanilla and beat well.
- Add coconut or cumin and mix well.
- Add sifted dry ingredients and mix to form a soft dough.
- Use cookie press and shape biscuits.
- Bake in preheated oven at 180C for 10-15 minutes till pale yellow in colour.
