Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. 2-layer size white cake mix
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 egg whites
  • 1/2 (6 oz.) can frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed

Instructions

  1. Combine the cake mix, milk, egg whites, and orange concentrate in a mixing bowl.
  2. Beat the mixture for 4 minutes at medium speed of an electric mixer.
  3. Fold in the 1/2 cup coconut.
  4. Pour the batter into two greased and floured 9 x 1 1/2-inch layer pans.
  5. Bake in a 350°F oven for 35 minutes; cool. Frost and fill with Fluffy White Frosting.
