- Beat oil, eggs and squash together.
- Sift next 6 ingredients together; stir in pudding mixture and add nuts.
- Add to pumpkin mixture; mix until well moistened.
- Place batter in well-greased 8 1/2 x 4 1/2-inch loaf pans.
- Bake in preheated 350° oven for 1 hour or until bread tests done.
